3. Central strength member : non metalic FRP
4. Water swellable yarn : over central strength member
5. Loose tube : PBT compound , group 1, class 2, grade 1 of TPES acc. to ASTM D4507
6. Identification : Fiber optic and loose tube color acc. to TCI or IEC
7. Thixotropic jelly : Inside of loose tube
8. Stranding : FRP in center and loose tube with filler wire stranding around FRP
9. Wrap : water swellable tape helically with min 30% overlap
10. Ripcord : 2 Diametrically opposed ripcords for strip jacket
11. First jacket : LDPE compound type I, class C, category 4 or 5 and grade J3 acc. to ASTM D1248
12. Armour : One layer of corrugated tinned plate steel tape ( or copolymer coated steel tape ) longitudinally applied over first jacket
13. Ripcord : 2 Diametrically opposed ripcords for strip jacket
14. Jacket : HDPE compound , type III class C category 4 or 5 grade J3 acc. to ASTM D1248
