Designed for building-to-building applications, the AFL 6 Fiber Indoor/Outdoor Multimode 62.5 OM1 Fiber Optic Cable from Discount Low Voltage also has many other uses. This 6-strand fiber optic strand has a riser rating and can be used inside or outside plant. In addition to building-to-building use, this fiber strand is also popular for wireless tower and warehouse applications. These fiber optic strands are also approved for mining use.
This water-blocked cable has an outer jacket treated with UV stabilizer that makes it tough and durable for outdoor installations. Anti-fungal compounds in the jacket also make it good for underground applications.
We have connectors and tool kits for those who want to do their own terminating on this cable. If you are looking for plug-and-play installation, our assembly house can also provide you with pre-terminated fiber cables.
